Return , withdrawal and return policy

You as a costumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason within 14 days from the date you received the goods . You can unpack and take a look at the goods, but both the product and packaging must be enclosed in material respects unaltered ( as prescribed in the swedish Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen). That means that the product must be unused, clean and intact . The customer is responsible for shipping.

The withdrawal period begins the day you received the product .

Upon return send an email to info@pharmalight.se or call +4670-455 48 22 for info on how. The customer pays for delivery.

Repayment

Upon return or claim the customer has the right to get the money back. For returns the customer will not get delivery cost repaid but only the product cost within 30 days. At the complaint paid both freight and cost of the product back to the customer within 30 days.
