Shipping policy

Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days from the words received.

Delivery options
Delivery is via Postnord, DHL Express or DHL Service Point. The price depends on weight and is stated before payment.

Transport damage
At any shipping damage to the consignment must be notified Pharmalight immediately upon delivery before you open the package - preferably with photo documentation if possible. If the product is damaged returned consignment to Pharmalight urgently.

Unclaimed packages
If you do not collect your parcel at the post office or service point in time your package will be sent back to Pharmalight. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of SEK 200 (incl. VAT ) for shipping and overhead. If you've changed your mind when the package was sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us, otherwise it will be recorded as unresolved and will be charged automatically.
